Often times, with art projects(things other people have made that interest me) - I see something and think ...
How did they do that? I think
I could do that ....
How would I be able to do that? .. and once I figure it out ......
I am done.the.end.
That's how it was as an art teacher, too. I spent the day eliciting creative responses and teaching students about (and encouraging them to make) the best visual choices and by the time I got home I felt like I had been doing art all day long myself. I'd helped them figure out how it was done and that's what mattered to me most.
